In 2016 Bailey Everhart graduated from Lake Forest College with degrees in Communication and Entrepreneurship. During her time at Lake Forest College she was a two-sport athlete (Volleyball & Basketball), had two marketing internships and sat on the Student Academic Advisory Committee among many other organizations.
Bailey first entered the hospitality industry as a young girl watching her mother and step father, Kristin and David Craig, working in the industry, but it wasn’t until her freshman year in college that she took interest in joining the hospitality world. Bailey worked for Inspirato & C Lazy U Ranch when she was home from college, gaining the experience she would need after college. After graduation she started her career at The Little Nell as a front desk agent. She held that position for 8 months before being promoted to Manager on Duty. A year later she was promoted to her current position as Front Office Manager.
Bailey sits on the board for the Aspen Ski Company Health and Awareness Committee and is also a member of the Aspen Young Professional Organization.
On Bailey’s free time she enjoys skiing, spending time with friends and family, watching sports and traveling around the world. This past spring Bailey traveled to south east Asia for 5 weeks and enjoyed experiencing the hospitality industry of other cultures. She spent two years coaching for the Aspen High School Volleyball program and is currently a coach for Valley Chaos Volleyball Club.
